By reserving an advertising space on a SameDaay mailer or Quick Connect listing, you agree to provide accurate business information, a usable logo, and any offer details in a timely manner so your listing can be produced for the scheduled mail date. SameDaay reserves the right to reject or remove content that is inaccurate, offensive, or unrelated to the advertised business.
Each advertising category is exclusive to one business per mailer. Once a category is reserved, it is no longer available to other businesses for that mailer cycle.
Advertising purchases are non-refundable once the advertising space has been reserved and production preparation has begun. Because each advertising category is exclusive, reserving a space removes that category from availability to other businesses. If SameDaay cancels the mailer before production, the advertiser will receive a full refund.
This website and its content are provided "as is." SameDaay makes no guarantees regarding business results, leads, or sales generated from advertising placements.
SameDaay may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of advertising services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
